Our company operates in Klatovy in West Bohemia and has been creating metal products according to customer specifications since its inception. We specialize primarily in the production of parts for rolling stock, control cabinets for the energy sector, custom parts for HVAC manufacturers and solutions for the construction industry (fire ladders and platforms, railings, steel structures, steel beams and other metalwork products). Our advanced technological equipment together with professional production systems create an ideal combination for the production of parts of the highest quality.

Together, we build on the long-term experience of our colleagues in the areas of norms, production systems and quality standards. Especially in the field of manufacturing parts for rolling stock, the automotive industry and civil nuclear projects. We are fully certified according to ISO 9001, ČSN EN 3834, EN 15085, EN 18561-1, ČSN EN 1443 and ČSN 734201. We are also certified for industrial bonding according to DIN 6701.

Our technology park is primarily focused on sheet metal processing. Mainly for laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly. We have the following technologies:

• Laser Bodor P3 Fiber, 6kw, we are able to cut material up to 25 mm thick, max. sheet format 3048mm x 1524 mm.
• Bending machine Bystronic Xpert Pro Extended, max.pressure force 150 t, max. length 3100 mm.
• Tube laser Nessap Gema 2KW
• Welding automats up to 2 mm (stainless steel / steel)
• Welding: MIG, MAG, TIG a hand laser welding
